Out of the Cold (OOTC) is a community-based, volunteer-supported initiative that works to provide shelter & community supports to people who are living outside. The OOTC is a last resort, emergency winter shelter that is based on the principles of harm reduction that provides a safe and welcoming space for adults and youth (16 and up), of all genders including transgender people, couples, people with pets, and others who cannot access other local shelters.
